New Job Posting: Project Manager (Parental Leave Coverage)

rTraction is an award-winning digital services agency located in London. We have been in business for over 20 years. We empower nonprofits and charities to accomplish their missions.
We're looking for someone to help create order out of chaos - the role otherwise known as Project Manager. The goal of the position is to ensure we are meeting client expectations as far as timeline goes, as well as managing internal expectations for budget and costing on any project. The key to success in this position is communication.
This 12-18 month contract is for parental leave coverage.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Communicate to VP Ops the required resource load for a particular time unit (week, month, etc) for project(s) that the Project Manager is running

Allocate project specific resources on a day to day basis to make sure that the specific project deliverables are being managed

Break down the budgeted work of the project

Create specific delivery dates for production resources

Create and execute on all project documentation
-
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the production team has all available resources to ensure that a project is properly executed (Management Team, Account Executive, Lead Developer, etc)

Ensure projects are completed on time

Track changes pre-to-post work

Report weekly to the Leadership Team for all projects as to status of projects

Perform project retrospectives
Your skills and qualifications:
Required skills
Proficiency in these skills are required for this position.

Senior level experience in project management

Knowledge of project management methodologies (including agile & waterfall)

A well-rounded knowledge of computers

Strong communication, organizational and time management skills

Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities

The ability to learn quickly and continuously

The ability to work both independently and with others
Bonus skills
Proficiency in these skills are not required, however, candidates should highlight relevant experience when hiring as possessing these skills may improve the likelihood of the candidate’s success.

Experience working in a digital agency

Experience working in a service based business

Experience with working with nonprofits and charities

Proficiency with the Asana project management system

Salary: $56000 – $76000
