
Humana Community Services has undergone several organizational changes over recent years, and there is a need across the organization to increase organizational capacity in volunteering, staffing, and showcase to the community who Humana Community Services is.
One of the most compelling ways to tell this story is through video. Humana needed a platform to launch its new mission, vision, and core values that they worked together on in the past year and came to rTraction for a video project focusing on awareness.
We developed a strategy to showcase their mission vision and values by showcasing and interviewing key individuals from Humana to talk about what those new core values mean to them; belonging, growth, and hope.
We filmed at an amazing studio space, SOHO Studios Inc. that provided a warm and inviting backdrop with beautiful adjustable lighting to showcase the interviewees. We shot the video in a day, and provided the finished product in the following weeks; a 3-5 minute long form video encompassing their core values.
We at rTraction have the privilege of working with Humana through other marketing initiatives, so we made sure to additionally provide support by developing 4 shorter videos to be used as promotional marketing material for social media (reels). We then helped launch these videos on socials, and on a new YouTube channel that can grow with Humana as they grow.
