When Leads Employment Services, a long-standing client and champion of meaningful employment support, wanted to showcase the dedication of their employment specialists and their passion for helping others, we knew we could support them. The goal was to create a series of compelling videos that captured the heart of their work and the unique impact they make in the community on a cost-sensitive budget.
Every project presents its own set of challenges, and this one was no different. We faced the task of translating the heartfelt stories of employment specialists into dynamic, engaging social media content within a limited budget and a tight ½ day production schedule. Our approach was centered around understanding the core values and mission of Leads Employment Services. We began by creating interview questions that would spark conversation with the employment specialists and unearth their personal stories and motivations. Filmed on location at the Leads office, we were able to reduce setup time by keeping our interview station in a board room throughout the shoot. Knowing that these videos were to be used exclusively on social media, we set up a camera in portrait mode and framed all participants in the same way. This helped us combine all their insights into a visually consistent style. Our discussions highlighted the emotional and professional journeys of these dedicated individuals and what their jobs mean to them, and the community they serve.
The result is a series of videos that not only meet, but exceed the expectations of Leads Employment Services. Taking the highlights and best points from each participant, we were able to weave together similar topics that showcases the unique contributions of the employment specialists and illustrates why they are so passionate about their work.
