EPICentre, or Entrepreneurship, Practice and Innovation Centre (EPICentre) is the hub for all entrepreneurial endeavours on the University of Windsor campus. It is a place where individuals can access tools, resources, mentorship, and funding to help them along their journey, giving them the opportunities to explore entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial thinking.
Project
Epicentre reached out to us with the goal of creating videos that would increase awareness of their social enterprises in Windsor-Essex, as well as the impact of their social enterprise coaching program.
How we helped
Over the course of 2 days, we captured footage from four alumni of the Social Enterprise Coaching Program, where they discussed how they got their start, how the program helped them grow and be successful, and how EPICentre supported them throughout their journey. Being on site in their place of business helped bring their interviews to life and gave greater insight to their stories, ultimately creating strong visuals for the video.
Outcome
We weaved together all interviews into one main promotional video, from which we were able to break up the content into smaller highlight videos for each of the businesses, providing some great secondary content for EPICentre to promote.
